Shipping Information

EMS Delivery (Express with Online Tracking)
If you need a quicker option, we can provide EMS delivery. It usually arrives within 5–9 days from the date the order is sent, and is shipped via Express Mail Service. Please note that the deadline for this method is 14 days. A tracking code will be provided for all orders as soon as they are dispatched.
Standard Delivery (Registered AirMail)
Delivery usually takes 14–21 days from the date the order is sent. Please note that the deadline for this method is 30 days. Orders are sent discreetly as noted above and delivered to your mailbox. Parcels sent by this postal service cannot be tracked.
Weekend orders are processed on Monday. You will automatically receive an email once your order is approved and shipped.
Orders are not processed on Saturday or Sunday. Please allow 2 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.
Large orders (more than 120 pills) will be split into 2 separate shipments and will not arrive on the same day. Generic and brand-name medicines are shipped separately and will also arrive on different days.

Order Cancellation

Refund and Returns Policy
Please ensure you enter a valid shipping address in the order form, as any error may result in non-delivery of the products ordered. We recommend checking the details carefully before submitting your order. If you notice that the address has been entered incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it. If you do not receive your order because the shipping address you provided was incorrect, no refund will be issued.
If you are not satisfied with the effect of our product, we will provide a return address where you can send the parcel within 30 days. Once we receive the parcel, the refund process will begin.
Chargeback Policy
Please note that chargebacks are not encouraged, and most disputes can usually be resolved by sending a ticket or using our phone support. If you raise a chargeback for your order, you may be prevented from reordering not only on affiliated sites but across all pharmacy websites, meaning you will no longer be able to place orders on those sites.
